Carnevale di Venezia 2011

Come and join us at the Carnevale di Venezia on February 26th! We'll be meeting at the train station in Bologna at 9.30am and riding up together (Tickets should be €8,90). You can make it a day trip or grab a hotel room and partake in the festivities all night. Both Bonnie and I have gotten hotel rooms and will be there Saturday and Sunday and everyone is welcome to join us.

There aren't many cheap hotel rooms left, so grab them now while they're still available.

ARRIVAL:

We'll meet at the front entrace of the train station in Bologna by 9.15am to catch the 9.56am train (RV 2952) to Venezia. Buy your tickets ahead of time if you can because it is sure to be a packed train.

RETURN:

For those who want to go home in the evening, the last cheap train out is at 19.57 (RV 2249) that will arrive in Bologna at 22.04.

ACCOMODATIONS (Optional):

If you'd like to spend the night, the only cheap hotels left are in Mestre (on the mainland).
